When the
doors of perception are cleansed,
Things will appear as they really are...
Infinate!
Give me your hand and I will take you on a journey beyond the realms of imagination, where pleasure and pain are one, and nothing is unobtainable.....
"Nocturnal Mistress,
Spirit Lover, Your mouth of wine and wood smoke taste, My goddess
of the violet twilight, You are lust incarnate, In the sweat of
my bed, The eastern sky hints of dawning, Alone and awake but exhausted I lie, Oh how I hate morning..."
Life is a dream of
Geometry, Life is a dream of Space... Life is a Dream, of some
Orient Queen, who got whacked in the head with a Mace...
'There's
no such thing as heaven,
Nirvana's just a dream,
Enlightenment's a fantasy,
On which I've been to keen. '

You are listening to the MIDI version of `Lucifer Sam', by Pink Floyd, off their debut (and best) album "Piper at the Gates of Dawn"...
It featured their founding singer and lead guitarist, Syd Barret, plus Rodger Waters, Nick Mason, and Richard Wright. Syd wrote most of the songs, though because he was so unstable, he was asked to leave the band after only recording one song on their second album. You cam pick up Piper at any record store, or better yet, download it from many places online.
Enough of the shit about the band, here are the lyrics to the song. (oh, and if anyone's interested, I'll send you a link to the MP3 so you can download it)
Lucifer Sam
by Syd Barrett
Lucifer Sam, Siam cat.
Always sitting by your side
Always by your side.
That cat's something I can't explain.
Jennifer Gentle you're a witch.
You're the left side
He's the right side.
Oh, no!
That cat's something I can't explain.
Lucifer go to sea.
Be a hip cat, be a ship's cat.
Somewhere, anywhere.
That cat's something I can't explain.
At night prowling sifting sand.
Hiding around on the ground.
He'll be found when you're around.
That cat's something I can't explain.
